A History BUILT ON EXPERIENCE
JTL Construction is all about NOITCURTSNOC (It’s the word “construction” spelled backwards), which is our way of saying we do EVERYTHING differently than our competition. We take pride in being different, plain and simple.
While most contractors are aggressive, antagonistic and tough to deal with, we’re a company focused on providing our clients with great experiences that lead to long relationships and lots of repeat business.
Our company was founded in 2004 and over the past two decades has evolved to be a full service general contractor that specializes in commercial construction projects and tenant improvements. Our portfolio includes projects in hospitality, retail, and many other industries. Other firms focus on volume, while JTL is a boutique contractor focused on your satisfaction. Like we said, NOITCURTSNOC. We know that if we do things differently, our customers will keep coming back again and again and again!

Anchored by our third-party safety inspection team, we can document safety compliance and failures. This allows us to continuously improve, as well as to hold our trade partners accountable for their actions. Subcontractors who work for us are expected to place safety ahead of anything else.
