Point Vi Building Improvements
The Point Vi building is a Class A, 5 story commercial office building in Westlake, OH. Building ownership and management hired JTL to do capital improvements to the common areas of each floor. Upgrades included new ceilings, lighting, wallcoverings, paint and flooring. Due to a nearly 100% occupied building, JTL had to carefully navigate scheduling and progress so as to not interfere with the businesses of existing tenants.
