Rising Star Coffee Roasters

JTL was hired for the new tenant improvement of Rising Star Coffee Roasters inside the historic arcade building in the heart of the Cleveland Business District in Cleveland, Ohio.  Working with the owner’s vision, we were able to utilize elements of the existing classic structure and incorporate them into Rising Star’s prototypical look.  The space brought significant challenges in that it was not easily accessible due to downtown Cleveland traffic.  Managing deliveries and load outs efficiently are what kept the project on pace.
