Conversion of an existing 25,896 SF warehouse storage building into a fully active recreational facility that includes climbing walls, zip lining and obstacle courses of varying skill level.  Scope included heating/cooling the space which was previously unconditioned, structural steel for takeoff and landing platforms, plumbing and infrastructure for a full service bar/kitchen/restrooms, and office/meeting rooms for corporate events.
