What’s the JTL internship?
The JTL Internship for Wrestlers in Construction is a 3-year, paid rotational program for recent graduates with a Construction Management (or related) degree and a wrestling background.

Carpentry & Jobsite Labor
Logistics & Scheduling
Field Operations & Safety
Estimating & Preconstruction
Accounting & Finance
Project Management
Each intern also serves as a community wrestling coach during their time with JTL, working with a local youth or high school program. Because once a leader, always a leader.
