Team NEO
JTL was hired for the tenant improvement work at the new headquarters of Team NEO in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Team NEO is a private non-profit economic development corporation. There was a need for a current and appealing business environment, but built on a tight budget. JTL incorporated elements of the previous tenant’s design into the feel of Team NEO’s new space and branding, allowing for the feel of a high paced business environment for a modest price.
