The Matrix Pointe Group
The Matrix Pointe Group is a tech firm in Westlake, Ohio who hired JTL to do the tenant improvement work for their new 11,321 SF headquarters. LED lighting, high end lighting controls and lots of glass were the main characteristics of the space. The project faced significant redesign at multiple points in the project due to ownerships changing visions for the space. JTL worked hand in hand with key decision makers to keep the schedule and budget on track.
