The Emily Program
The Emily Program is a non-profit treatment facility for patients with eating disorders. JTL was hired to renovate an approximate 10,000 sf/3-story tudor style mansion originally built in the late 1800’s. The interior elements were demolished and abated, while structural improvements were made to facilitate the installation of a new elevator system. Modifications to the boiler system, installation of a mini-split cooling systems and a new fire sprinkler system rounded out the upgrades to the facility. Due to patient privacy laws, interior photos were not available to be shot.
